SMALL SCALE CRUSHING FACILITY

Our original mission before we started into food oil was to produce quality virgin oil for biodiesel production. We started by building small scale crushing facilities for area farms. As you can see in the above picture, that system is a two head single press system used to produce oil to offset fuel costs.

We can evaluate available land for growing crops and certain oil seeds. Depending on how much biodiesel you want to produce from your land, we can scale out by acres how much you would need in order to sustain or offset fuel. Farmers have had a lot of success with creating their own fuel. The amount of time needed to produce their fuel is minimal and well worth the time to grow crops and produce biodiesel.

Details: Two-head single German press system with 5 ton storage bin and short run storage.

  1. Hi, I am Jim Wright, in Summerfield, NC also working with this type of press. I love the design and ease of operation of the DD85. I have pressed 3 tons of canola to date and formulated horse and dairy feeds from the canola meal. Most of my oil has been purchased by soap makers, for its great feel, and nutritional benefits. My company is Fox Hollow Oils and Feed, LLC and will be have been working with Piedmont Biofuels and Country Boy BioDiesel to enter into the biodiesel markets as well. Good luck, and God Speed! foxhollowoils@gmail.com
